Refund policy

Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns/refunds at this time. If your item arrives to you damaged, you must take photographic evidence and email us within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.

Order Processing time and delivery

Please be aware that our order processing time is up to 10 business days (not including weekends and public holidays). This is the time it will take from when you place your order to when your order ships. Due to the weight of our items, they are only eligible for priority shipping, and not the cheaper alternative of first class shipping. Purchasing priority or priority express shipping does not mean that the processing time will be bypassed. We cannot be held responsible for the speed at which USPS or other carriers deliver your package. We will not issue refunds regarding shipping transit times. Free shipping does not guarentee USPS priority mail, and may likely be shipped via UPS ground. All issues regarding guaranteed delivery dates should be made via the shipping carrier.

Once your order ships, we will not be responsible for any issues with delivery, non-delivery, damages, lost packages, transit delays, or any other issues that may arise. We will not under any circumstances provide reshipments, refunds, or replacements for any shipments or any shipping fees, unless the order is cancelled prior to shipment. We cannot be held responsible for any issues with delivery due to an incorrect or insufficient address. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. 

Return To Sender

We are not responsible for any packages that are sent back to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. All packages that are sent back to us will incur a $5 restocking fee per item, and customers will receive a store credit for their order amount minus all shipping fees that were paid by us, and any restocking fees.

International Shipping Terms and Conditions

International customers are responsible to pay all customs and duties associated with their orders. By placing an order, all international customers agree to release Cool Girl Candles of all responsibilities and liabilities for the delivery of their orders. Once your order ships, we will not be responsible for any issues with delivery, non-delivery, damages, customs and duties, lost packages, transit delays, or any other issues that may arise. We will not under any circumstances provide reshipments, refunds, or replacements for any international shipments or any shipping fees, unless the order is cancelled prior to shipment. We cannot be held responsible for any issues with delivery due to an incorrect or insufficient address. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or stolen during shipment. Please forward all shipping related questions to the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellations

Due to the custom made nature of our items, we cannot accept order cancellations. However, if you do need to cancel your order, contact us at coolgirlcandles@gmail.com and we will evaluate on a case by case basis.

Change Of Address

All change of address requests must be made within 1 business day of placing your order.
