1: When will my order ship?
- Our current order processing time is up to 10 business days- this does not include weekends and holidays. Refer back to your order confirmation email, and calculate 21 business days from that date (this means weekdays only, and does not include weekends or public holidays). Your order should ship on or before that date!
2: I need my order by x date, can you expedite my order?
- As much as we wish we could, we are running at about a 3 week processing time right now, and can't put a rush on anyones order. so sorry!
3: Do you ship internationally?
- Normally, we do! However, we've paused this while Corona related shipping delays are happening. Check back with us in a couple months!
4: I entered the wrong shipping info, can you fix it?
- Yes! Just provide us with your full and complete updated address and we'll update it for you on our end.
