Car Freshener Policy
Please read all instructions carefully before using your car freshener.
Our hanging car fresheners contain concentrated fragrance oils. When used as directed, the oil remains contained within the bottle and wooden lid and should not come into contact with any interior surfaces.
Installation & How to Use:
* Unscrew the wooden lid and carefully remove the inner stopper.
* Screw the wooden lid back on tightly.
* Gently tip the bottle upside down for 1–2 seconds only to allow the wooden lid to absorb a small amount of oil.
* Return the bottle to an upright position immediately.
* Hang the diffuser using the string and tie securely.
* Hang the diffuser at a length that allows air to circulate freely.
* Adjust the wooden bead so it rests just above the bottle without making contact.
* Ensure the bottle hangs securely and remains upright at all times.
Important Tips:
* Do not oversaturate the wooden lid. Excess oil can lead to dripping.
* Do not tip the bottle again until the lid is fully dry.
* Avoid allowing oil to soak into the string.
* The diffuser should never leak or drip. If it does, discontinue use immediately.
* Always keep the bottle upright while hanging.
* Keep out of direct sunlight
Surface Safety: All fragrance oils can damage or stain car interiors, including plastic, vinyl, leather, and finished surfaces. When used as directed, the oil remains contained within the bottle and wooden lid and should not come into contact with any interior surfaces.
Any damage is the result of improper use or handling. If any oil comes into contact with your vehicle, wipe it away immediately to prevent damage.
Product Condition: Do not use the diffuser if it arrives damaged (such as a cracked bottle or loose lid), as this may cause leakage. Please contact us for a replacement before use.
